Submitters remain responsible for copyright, image rights, music, club permissions, participant consent and any restrictions affecting the material.

A submission does not transfer ownership automatically. It gives Ultimate Keeper only the permissions explicitly agreed for review and any approved promotion.
Removal requests
A rights holder may contact Ultimate Keeper with sufficient information to identify the content and explain the basis of the request.
